THE latest results of examinations and grades achieved showing the girls now surpassing the boys, seems to be urging the Government to redress the balance in favour of the males.

Nothing said when the cards were stacked the other way around.

This is a Government which has gone out of its way to promote and forward the progress of the fairer sex, even to making it easier than ever for them to achieve seats in Parliament and governmental posts.

One thing seems to have been forgotten in their effort to gain a more equal ratio in the commons -- whoever is elected should not be on sexual grounds, but from knowledge, experience and, above all, talent.

It's said that what you put into something determines what you get out.

Examination passes are one classic example. Good luck to all who have put in the effort and dedication to pass.
