HOWDEN Joinery, part of MFI Properties, has taken a 657sq m unit at Bark Street, Bolton. The Manchester office of Insignia Richard Ellis advised developer Gordon Moon Properties on this pre-let agreement.
The new build unit has been taken on a 25-year lease at £35,605 pa, and will provide Howden Joinery with new premises for a trade outlet selling wholesale joinery items.
Colin Chivers, Associate Director at Insignia Richard Ellis, said: "Historically, there has been a lack of good quality stock in the Bolton area. The Bark Street development is an excellent opportunity for companies seeking a town centre location with road frontage."
Fisher Wilson of Chester acted for MFI Properties.
