FAMILIES enjoyed a tip-top night out and helped to raise cash for a local youngster at the same time on Friday.
The "All Stars Cast'' of young dancers performed at the Victory Reform Club in Chorley Old Road and there was also a family disco and raffle to raise cash for two-year-old Nathan Howarth, who suffers from a rare and deadly genetic disorder.
The dancers, who are aged between four and 11-years-old, have only been together for 10 weeks, but Friday night proved a big success and raised £580 for the Nathan Howarth appeal.
One of the organisers, Margaret Baines, said: "It was an absolutely fabulous night and everyone loved it, including the kids who performed.
"We can't wait to organise our next fundraiser.''
Nathan, of Great Lever, needs specialist gene treatment which is only available in America.
