A SPARK from an industrial sander set fire to sawdust in a kitchen factory in Bolton.
Firefighters were called to tackle the blaze at Christians Kitchen Limited, St Germain Street, Farnworth.
The fire was thought to have been caused by the sander running over a nail or a staple in a piece of wood. Workers had tried to put out the fire themselves.
Fire crews stripped the machine down and placed it outside before making the area safe.
No-one was hurt in the incident at 3.15pm yesterday.
