ANYONE interested in learning to meditate is welcome to attend a series of talks at Bolton Central Library.
The Vairochana Buddhist Centre has organised the talks which will be free of charge and follow the "Eight Steps to Happiness'' book written by internationally renowned Tibetan meditation master Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.
The talks will be held every Tuesday between 7.30pm and 9.30pm from Tuesday Sept 12 until Oct 10.
