GOLBORNE and Edgworth players had a new experience when their game was abandoned after 21.2 overs.
Despite the fact that there was much sunshine and no rain all day, it was decided that the pitch was dangerous.
By that time home team Golborne were on 63-3 with Paul Waterworth having hit 25 and Chris Benbow 22, Beswick taking two of the three wickets.
