IN the Chorley Nissan Sunday Football League premier division, an Andy Brandley hat trick looked to have given Adlington Nomads the points as they were leading Withnell United 3-2 with 20 minutes remaining.
But a mini collapse saw United score four times to win 6-3.
A Woosey hat trick was added to by Ingham (2) and Jenkinson.
Horwich-based Queens Head FC had a convincing 6-0 victory over Leyland Railway.
Kilburn was the pick of the scorers, netting four times.
The only other premier game to take place saw Platt and Towers score for Red Lion, but these were cancelled out by Benson and Richardson as Dunkirk took a share of the points.
In division one, two goals from Cottam helped Chicago Town to a 3-1 victory against Black Bull.
Both Clarke and Boardman netted three goals each for Tesco FC who overcame Brookes Arms 7-4.
Adlington Rovers recorded their third win in a week as they defeated Oak Tree 3-1 away.
AFC Chisnell won at Bay Horse by the odd goal in five.
Chillis FC took all the points as they defeated Adlington Ceramics 3-1 and Golden Lion kicked off their season with a 6-2 win at Bridge Celtic.
