RAMSBOTTOM United look to carry forward the tremendous cup form shown in the two FA Cup ties played this last week into tomorrow's FA Vase away tie at Northern League outfit Evenwood Town.
The Rams successfully ngotiated an away trip to Unibond Division One outfit Gretna last Saturday with a scoreless draw to bring the tie back to the Riverside Ground on Tuesday and win through to the 1st qualifying round with a 3-2 triumph. All of Ken Bridge's squad came through those two games with nothing more serious than slight knocks and aches leaving the only absentee for tomorrow's long haul up to Bishop Auckland being centre back Warren Brierley who is still at least a fortnight away from a return with a knee injury.
The Rams prize for the win over Gretna is a trip to Goole Town of the Northern Counties East League next Saturday.
Atherton Colls have two home NWCL Division One games in quick succession to hopefully build on the tremendous show that earned a 3-0 away win at Glossop North End on Tuesday.
Tomorrow Cheadle Town are the visitors to Alder House and next Tuesday Great Harwood Town.
Radciffe Boro travel to Lincoln United tomorrow in the Unibond League Division One, Atherton LR are up at Barrow for a NWCL Division One clash and in Division Two Daisy Hill travel to Formby.
