Wanderers are to strengthen their links with local amateur football by staging the final of the Goldline Trophy, the popular knockout competition run in conjunction with the Bolton Evening News.
The club has donated trophies and medals in the first two years of the competition and have now gone a stage further by taking the final to the Reebok Stadium.
Goldline committee chairman, Kieran Tilley paid tribute to Wanderers: "They are leading the way in the country in their support of the game at grass roots level."
The final will take place on Monday, November 13 (ko 7.30).
Pre-tournament favourites Charnock Richard meet Breightmet United in the first semi-final on Wednesday, September 27 at Ramsbottom Utd with local rivals Atherton Town and Atherton LR meeting in the second on Tuesday, October 12 (both kick off at 7.30).
