IT will be a massive headache for me but a nice one when all the players are fit. We need them all fit again for back-up but the ones who are injured can't replace these lads at the moment.

I can't ask any more from them than what they are doing away from home. They went to Huddersfield, saw what they had to offer and shackled it.

We gave them very few chances - the only ones we gave them in the first half came from our own mistakes and it was the same in the second.

As a manager you can't legislate for the first one - Dean Holdsworth's backpass - but the second, although I thought it was a good corner, gave Jon Dyson a free header which is very disappointing. We should have had somebody marking him.

But you hope your mistakes don't cost you and these didn't.

We showed tremendous character to come from behind and we got the third goal just at the right time, while they were still celebrating the equaliser, and that just knocked the stuffing out of them.

The quality of the forward play was outstanding and the quality of the finishing from Dean Holdsworth and Michael Ricketts won us the game.

The feature of our performances this season has been the quality of our goals and we scored three more quality goals on Saturday, even though we didn't get that many chances.

I have a four-man combination now and I think the four men have to realise they are all playing a great part in our success at this moment in time. So I'll continue to use all the four.

But the rest are doing a fantastic job behind them.

We were not expecting to get what we're getting from Michael Ricketts at the moment - not on a regular basis - but after his three-match ban at the start of the season he's started to show his true potential. If he gets his fitness levels stronger and higher than they are now he will be quite something ... provided he keeps his feet on the ground.

That's what we've got to do with him. He's a young man with awesome power and we know the type of money that players of his type have gone for - Emile Heskey and Adie Akinbiyi - and he's got every bit as many qualities as them.
