ROY Ganley, Business Centre Manager at Gordons (Bolton) Ltd, has graduated as an MA in Human Resource Management.
Mr Ganley, aged 35, is married with two children.
He has been with the company for the last 11 years, starting in the parts department before moving into the service department as an after sales representative.
After 18 months he was promoted to Local Business Specialist covering all aspects of after sales and vehicle sales.
The department, which now has six staff, has developed into a large national fleet centre over the last five years.
The MA was the culmination of seven years of evening classes at Bolton Institute which took in an NVQ Level 4 in Management and a Diploma in Management Studies.
Mr Ganley said: "It would not have been possible without the backing and support of Oliver Seymour, my Director."
