LOCAL soccer is to have its big day out when the Reebok Stadium hosts the final of the Goldline Trophy on Monday November 13.
The competition was previously held at Leigh RMI's Hilton Park stadium.

On Thursday October 12 Atherton LR's Crilly Park stages the encounter between finalists from the Goldline Trophy in its first season Manchester League Premier Division Atherton Town and current Bolton Hospital Cup title holders West Lancs League Division One Tempest United.
The two semi finals and the final at the Reebok Stadium have 7.30pm kick offs.
Chairman of the competition organising committee Keiran Tilley said: "It is absolutely marvellous that the Reebok Stadium will stage the final. The tournament itself is essentially theirs as it could not have come into existence and grown to its current status without the massive support, encouragement and enthusiasm of people at the Wanderers and in particular the manager of Goldline Andrew Dean.
"Whilst the announcement is great news there will be a slight feeling of sadness as the first two finals were held at Hilton Park and the magical memory of those two occasions will shine for all of us for a lifetime.
Ramsbottom United entertain Potteries side Newcastle Town tonight at the Riverside Ground in a NWCL Division One fixture.
Wayne Briddon, the player who proved to be a late season revelation last term after being elevated to first team duty from the Rams Reserves, could feature for the first time in this campaign after serving out a long suspension picked up for misdemeanours in Sunday football.
The game has a 7.45pm kick off. Alan Lord and his Atherton Colls side face a stern test of their much improved form in an away clash at table-topping five wins in five Clitheroe.
