Wanderers' supporters are being given a chance to influence how things operate at the Reebok Stadium.
The first of a series of fans' focus groups, aimed at gathering opinions on everything ranging from catering to car parks and from season tickets to matchday entertainment is being held this week.
Various groups have been targeted, including existing and lapsed season ticket holders, with supporters being selected at random from the club's mailing list.
It's the latest of a series of commercial initiatives which Wanderers have introduced in recent months to help the club respond to supporters' opinions and ideas.
Commercial director, Gareth Moores said: "The fans are an integral part of the club and their opinions are important. The introduction of focus groups mean we can be more fan focused and try to improve what we offer and how we offer it. We want the fans to feel that it is their club, that they play an important part and that their opinions are listened to and valued.
"These are the first in a series of focus groups we are going to hold. We hope they will be a success and we are sure they will be of benefit to both the fans and the club."
