Chorley Nissan Sunday League IN the Chorley Nissan Sunday Football League, Whittle-based St Bede's played host to Minstral FC.
St Bede's hadn't played for two weeks and totally dominated this match as goals form Helme (3), Williams, Roberts, Draper and Thorne made the final score 7-0.
Royal Scot took control in the first half against Dunkirk FC, leading 4-0 at half-time.
Dunkirk came more into the game after the break but Royal Scot were easily the winners as goals from Bolton (2), Toga, Brown, Taylor and substitute Laine made the final score a convincing 6-1.
Eagle FC scored four times without reply at Tut 'n' Shive thanks to goals from Russell, Brindle and Saunt.
The game between Queen's Head and Crown FC finished all square as the sides shared six goals.
Red Lion entertained local neighbours Withnell Utd. Four goals from R Woosey helped the visitors to all three points with a 6-5 win.
In division one, Adlington Rovers continued their good run as they beat Tesco FC 8-1, McLeod bagging half his team's goals.
Two goals apiece from Holt and Telfer helped Golden Lion to a 5-2 win at Black Bull.
Chicago Town AFC and Chisnell finished all square at 2-2.
Chillis FC had a hard-fought victory against Oak Tree, winning 3-2.
There were plenty of goals when Adlington Ceramics played hosts to Brookes Arms. The lead changed hands a number of times before Brookes Arms finally sealed the game 6-5.
