The goods were recovered from a house in the Chorley New Road area earlier this month.
The items include industrial angle grinders, BT answer phones, a cordless drill, portable compressor, and specialist portable appliance tester. Officers also recovered a hand held computer scanner, Sharp video recorder, wooden carriage clock and accordion as well as strimmers, an air compressor, portable television, mobile phones and ladies' watches.
