LABOURER Terry Mangan aged 38, suffered horrific injuries when he fell into the path of a lorry on the M60 at Whitefield an inquest heard.
Mr Mangan from Liverpool suffered multiple injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene last month.
His wife of nearly two years, Joanne aged 30, has since been charged with manslaughter in connection with the tragedy and is due to committed to Bolton Crown Court on November 23 -- five days before their second wedding anniversary.
In a statement read out during the opening of the inquest into the tragedy, Mr Mangan's mother Maureen, also from Liverpool, said her son doted on his children and his wife.
The inquest was adjourned pending the committal proceedings against Mr Mangan's wife.
