IT'S heartwarming to hear that the pupils of Devonshire Road Primary School are keen to learn sign language.
As a society we like to think we can accept disabilities of any kind, but it takes a child to really accept. And they always do so without question. Ask any Devonshire Road pupil why they want to learn sign language and the answer will probably be quite simple.
"Because we want to," is quite a likely reply.
