Wanderers 4-4-2
JUSSI JAASKELAINEN: 9
Outstanding! His save from Lester in the first half was terrific; his stop from Harewood at the end was vital.
OHN O'KANE 7
Now that he's made the position his own, he's looking more and more comfortable with every game.
IAN MARSHALL 8
No contract but captain for the night - the first time in his career - and didn't he revel in it!
MARK FISH 7
Caught out a couple of times on the tricky surface but stuck at it, in typical Fish fashion.
SIMON CHARLTON 7
Used all his experience to keep young Prutton quiet as well as complementing the attack.
BO HANSEN 7
Involved in a lot of the good build-up play but let himself down in front of goal.
PER FRANDSEN 8
More effective than in recent games; moved the ball well and went close with a couple of 'specials'.
ROBBIE ELLIOTT 7
First start of the season but he played the midfield anchor role as though he had never been away.
GARETH FARRELLY 8
Hit the target but should have done better with his two best chances but, all-round, a busy display.
MICHAEL RICKETTS 7
Thought he'd won a penalty then thought he'd beaten Beasant; wrong on both counts.
ISAIAH RANKIN 6
The frustration goes on for the loan striker who hasn't looked like scoring for almost two months.

Bookings: None. Men of the Match JUSSI JAASKELAINEN and DAVE BEASANT BOTH teams owe a debt of gratitude to their goalkeepers for making vital saves at key moments. Jaaskelainen was Wanderers' hero in the first half, Beasant followed suit for Forest in the second. Magic Moment
RICARDO Gardner's appearance in the 56th minute - after eight months on the sidelines - was greeted by a standing ovation and sparked a sudden surge of excitement on the field. Moan of the Match
NEVER mind the missed chances, what about the one that got away ... again! It looked a penalty, Wanderers were convinced they had a case but, when Michael Ricketts went down, Steve Lodge said "No". The BIG action ACTION TIME 4 mins: Hansen steals in at the back post to head Farrelly's cross fractionally over.
13 mins: Blake wastes a glorious opportunity, shooting wide after playing an incisive one-two with Lester.
14 mins: Rankin and Ricketts each have shots blocked after good work by Hansen on the right.
31 mins: Wanderers counter-attack through Ricketts, Hansen and Rankin to give Farrelly a shooting chance which Beasant is equal to.
32 mins: Forest hit back and Jaaskelainen has to stretch to palm away Lester's header and recover to smother Morgan's follow-up cross-shot.
37 mins: Jaaskelainen has a surprisingly simple save to make as Bart-Williams and Lester combine to pave the way for Blake, who fails to get power in his shot.
37 mins: Wanderers respond with Farrelly heading Charlton's deep cross just off target.
41 mins: Jaaskelainen has to stretch full-length to palm away Lester's 20-yard shot.
44 mins: Beasant is stranded but Rankin's shot towards an unguarded goal is blocked, Hansen hitting the follow-up off target.
Half-time: 0-0.
55 mins: Frandsen's rocket volley is just inches too high after Forest fail to clear Farrelly's corner.
64 mins: Morgan pulls his shot wide after Blake races away from Fish.
68 mins: Hansen brings a good reflex save out of Beasant, sliding in on Farrelly's pinpoint cross after the Dubliner works a smart one-two with Charlton.
71 mins: Ricketts has strong appeals for a penalty waved away when he is brought down by Foy.
72 mins: Ricketts is foiled again, this time seeing Beasant make an outstanding save when he turns and shoots from the edge of the box.
77 mins: Gardner puts Farrelly clear but he can't beat Beasant; as Wanderers keep the pressure on, Ricketts tees up Hansen only for the Dane to shoot wildly off target.
87 mins: Harewood gets away from Fish but Jaaskelainen is on hand again.
Full-time: 0-0.
