I AM looking for anyone who worked at RW Proffitts Radio and TV service department, when Geoff Tongue, Ron Derbyshire, Bob Ronson, Frank Olney, Tony Hodges, Peter Morton, Derek Boardman, and Ken Boardman were there.
Any of you guys who read this get in touch. I would love to catch up with anyone from this era. I left to live in Perth, Australia in 1974.
I had a send off at the Brooklin hotel somewhere around Bradford Street. Did anyone who went to Brownlow Fold School in the late 50s? Mr Hurst was the art teacher, the Headteacher was Alan Pope and the woodwork and metalwork was taught by Bleakly and Mr Calvin, tech drawing was Bill Ashcroft Larry Burgess was a pal of mine would love to hear from anyone we are all now in our late fiftys.
