THE tables have turned full circle for top chef Paul Hoad as he makes a return to his home town to cook up a storm in Bolton's newest hotel.
Whitefield lad Paul has joined the team at De Vere Whites, situated in the Wanderers Reebok stadium.
Over the last eight years, Paul has worked at some of the top four and five star De Vere Hotels in the country, including Oulton Hall in Leeds, Belton Woods in Lincolnshire and The Grand Harbour in Southampton.
Paul, who trained at South Kent College of Technology in Folkestone, is looking forward to coming home and taking up the challenge of senior sous chef in Reflections, the a la carte restaurant at De Vere Whites, which overlooks the hallowed turf.
He said: "Reflections is a 60-seater fine dining venue and will be the flagship of De Vere Whites. Only top quality food will be served, with fresh fish forming the backbone of the menu, with a select range of prime meats supplementing the daily specialities."
