Under 7's - Panthers 20 v Blackpool 28
THE Panthers' youngsters look to have the makings of a good side as they came up against a formidable visiting team from St Helens.
Blackpool took an early lead before the Panthers hit back with Patrick Taylor scoring the first of his two tries. Adam Lucas then kept the home side on a roll with the first of his two tries but the visitors just managed to hold on as Chorley finished strongly. Josh Buckley's excellent defence and strong running earned him the Man of the Match award.
Under 8's - Panthers 4 v Hindley Giants 34
The home side were up against it as they entertained a powerful side from Wigan. The visitors were in command from early on in the game. Adam Lucas earning the Man of The Match Award.
Under 9's - Haydock Warriors 30 v Panthers 0
Another tough match for the Panthers as they travelled to St Helens to face a very strong Haydock outfit. But the star of the game was debutant Thomas Holden.
Under 10's - Panthers 26 v Parkside Golborne 26
Panthers took an early with an Alex Trumper try and this was followed by tries from Nat Hammer and Nicholas Buckley who scored after an excellent kick through from Man of The Match Thomas Bridge. Paul Jones the 'nipped' in straight from acting to give the home side a well deserved draw.
Under 11's - Eccles 28 v Panthers 6
The scoreline was not a true reflection of the game as the Panthers played well individually but failed to put it together as a team. The Chorley try came from Man of the Match, Michael Robinson.
