A MAN has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving following an incident in Horwich on Wednesday night.
Damien Holt, aged 23, of Ormston Avenue, Horwich, appeared before Bolton magistrates yesterday and was bailed until December 22.
The charges relate to a collision at the junction of Chorley New Road and Hartley Street, Horwich, involving cyclist Andrew Stuchbury, aged 33, of Hartley Street, who was riding home from work.
Mr Stuchbury died in the Royal Bolton Hospital's intensive care unit less than 24 hours after the incident.
