OVER the past few days, the usual propaganda has once again appeared from M. Schmid and company regarding the Conservative Party's proposed mandate.

They ask the same old question, as to how will this be covered without cuts in education, pensions, the NHS and so on?

The answer is, my party do not make proposals without first costing them. So, therefore, the electorate can be assured that the proposals will be met without the imagined cuts.

There is only one item that will be increased and that is the unemployment list -- this will be be swelled by the dissolution of the wasteful and expensive quangos. This is one reason the Labour Party is issuing their spiteful propaganda -- they are afraid of losing their cushy appointments. These dismissals will save millions on the Budget and the re-vitalised economic re-arrangements put in hand by the Conservatives will serve the electorate and country to the greatest advantage. They will also be governed by the House of Commons, not by the Blair Quango.
