NOW the answer to last week's question about the man who, along with Andrei Kanchelskis, played in Manchester, Merseyside and Glasgow derby matches.
The feedback has been huge to a question which originated in the Sunday People which gave the answer last weekend as being Imre Varadi (left).
Unconvinced they were right, a bit of detective work took me through the Sheffield Star (Varadi played for Sheffield Wednesday), The Herald in Glasgow and the Press Association for which Varadi now does a bit of work.
The latter put me on to Varadi's ex-Wednesday team-mate and England star Mel Sterland who supplied Varadi's mobile number to get the answer from the horse's mouth.
And this is what he said.
"The Sunday People have got it wrong. I never played in Glasgow, in fact I never played for any club in Scotland," said the man who played in Merseyside and Manchester for Everton and City as well as for Leeds, Wednesday, Rotherham and, at the end, Scunthorpe.
"The only time I played in Scotland was when a friend of mine from Leeds, John McClelland, got the manager's job at St Johnstone and he flew me up to play one pre-season friendly against West Ham."
After the interest in that brain teaser, here's one I know the answer to: Which player has played in Lancashire, London, Merseyside and North East derbies and missed out on a Manchester derby by a whisker, beginning his successful but brief career with United (or was it City?) just three games after the big match?
