LEIGH RMI should be boosted by the return of influential defender Jamie Udall for tomorrow's trip to Woking.
Udall missed Leigh's 1-0 home defeat by Doncaster last Saturday because of a knee injury but manager Steve Waywell is confident that his key centre back will have recovered sufficiently to play at Kingfield.
"He's made excellent progress and provided there's no reaction I'll put him back in the side," says Waywell.
Woking may only have one home win to their credit this season but Waywell points out that they have won three of their last four games.
"They've obviously improved and we know that it will be a battle for the points again," he adds.
Hilton Park goal ace Tony Black is the joint winner of the Nationwide Conference 'Goalscorer of the Month Award' for October.
He netted six times in the month and shares the award with Boston United's Ken Charlery.
Meanwhile the team has collected the Conference Performance of the Month Award in recognition of their 1-0 win over Rushden and Diamonds.
The result ended Rushden's unbeaten start to the season and attracted a season's-best crowd to Hilton Park.
