I WRITE in support of the letter headed 'Let them report for some service in troubled Middle East'.

At the onset I must say that my sympathies are with the Palestinians -- their land has been encroached upon, and who allowed this? We did and our allies, supposedly for displaced Jews, some 50 years ago, but it didn't stop there did it?

My husband was there at the beginning, and it was chaos then. Why was this march needed in Bolton? Police cost -- who pays it? We already know the trouble there via the media every day, and why, if so many Muslims feel so strong, are they here and not there doing something about it?

But no, their money is here, also a dual passport, so they can claim on one passport or the other, which ever suits the purpose.

Does everyone know about the Muslim Manifesto?

In my opinion, it's quite frightening -- they are asking for global power. Why don't we ever know more about what's going on in their countries of origin, when our own is so public?

I wonder how many troops will be available in our own country, should they be needed at some future time?

By the way -- have we free speech now? I doubt it very much, therefore I sign myself....
