RUGBY: Lostock 10 Chorley 10 LOSTOCK finally stopped their losing streak on Saturday with a creditable 10-10 draw with Chorley.
Going into this league fixture on the back of four defeats, Lostock were up against it before the game with the loss of several first team players to injury.
Lostock went in 5-3 down at half time and played the second half a man short.
After Chorley doubled their lead Lostock could have been overwhelmed but they dug in and stepped up their game.
They created several chances and with 10 minutes remaining Lostock levelled the scores with an excellent try through Kelly who outpaced the defence from his own half to score under the posts. Nicholls kicked the conversion to tie the game.
Lostock's next fixture is away at Ashton under Lyne.
