THE MAGIC footballing feet of Wanderers hero Nat Lofthouse are up for sale.

Prints of his feet, which scored hundreds of goals, have been cast in ceramic and metal.

They are being offered as a wacky Christmas present idea dreamed up by Manchester-based company The Walk Of Fame.

There are prints of several other footballing greats on offer such as Sir Bobby Charlton and Nobby Stiles.

Company boss Steve Ashton said: "Nat was fine about letting us use his feet. He wanted to give his feet to posterity.

"These are the ultimate autograph. They feature the imprints of the actual feet and handprints of some of football's greatest legends.

"The collectable range is aimed at anyone with a football hero to worship and features valuable sold metal or ceramic casts of feet that scored thousands of goals or dazzled crowds with dribbling and passing skills, together with hands of the greatest goalkeepers of the 20th century."

Bolton's Lion of Vienna's scoring foot famously secured an England victory by scoring twice against Austria in 1952 - earning him his nickname.

The centre forward scored more than 300 goals in his playing career including 30 for England in 33 internationals.

Other footballers' prints in the series include Sir Tom Finney, Colin Bell, Gordon Banks, Mike Summerbee, Francis Lee, Ian Rush, Denis Law, Pat Crerand, Byran Robson, Mark Hughes and Bert Trautmann.
