CHORLEY Council have never considered the people who have no transport, the circular buses went both ways, picked up and dropped off in Market Street.
We have been pushed off on to the by-pass.
We are a 'market town', we have more and more empty stalls, good hard working traders but some are struggling.
How many councillors come into town unless it's to a meeting, by car, of course?
