REGARDING your article about Paulhan Street in the November 10 edition of the Bolton Evening News.
I agree with absolutely everything that was said, and, indeed, hope that now the things that need doing will at last be done. Of course we have been told for two years it would be sorted.
However, I note that nothing was mentioned about the fact that people who are evicted from 'Council' property as being undesirable, only move to the next street into 'private' rented property that won't sell, so owners are reduced to letting.
Surely they should be banished from the area completely, especially if they deal in drugs, or are destructive or bad payers etc.
I feel scared all the time, and this is no way to live.
