THE Holcombe Hunt resounded to the sound of another horn at the weekend -- that of an irate car driver.
A woman's Range Rover was held up by the hunt in Harwood on Saturday morning.
She objected to the delay by blasting her horn, causing two young members of the Hunt to swiftly dismount.
"They were forced to dismount in order to control their horses which had been disturbed," said a police spokesman.
A heated verbal exchange between the master of the Hunt and the woman then followed.
Later, police were called and they eventually traced the owner of the car.
"She was advised accordingly," added the spokesman for Bury police.
