WITH regard to the large bins on the car park to the Reform Club in Victory Street, Bolton.
With mounting frustration, I daily watch as the charity dumping ground on Chorley Old Road and Victory Street fills with discarded cardboard boxes, broken glass and assorted rubbish.
The bottom half of the car park is rendered useless when the local 'low life' and undisciplined children have finished 'playing'.
Will we see these well-meaning rubbish dumps appear on, say, Chapeltown Road, or the roundabout at Barrow Bridge, or maybe Albert Road West? When hell freezes over!
The main users of these eyesores are commercial dumpers like restaurants and pubs. Let's put these various skips where they belong -- Raikes Lane.
