I MUST say I am proud of Mr Blair for standing up for what he believes in. So, the press don't like it. What a shame! I have thought for some time that the press seem to try to run this country. Isn't it a fact we elect our governments to do this, not the media?

It is annoying frankly and it is happening more and more. It does not matter who is the next president of the USA, both being idiots, also front men. But what people should ask is "Who does run the USA?".

Mr Blair should not ask the British public in a referendum on Europe unless they can prove that they have voted in European elections, as most eligible voters are frankly not interested enough. We are, after all, Europeans. We can't sit on the fence forever, but the Tories can, of course, in opposition do so. It is amazing how much William Hague says they can do. What happened in 18 years of nothingness -- sleaze, dirt and the country going down the nick. Let's all of us remember why we got rid of them -- total rubbish. From what I can see "what's changed?".

Mr Hague seems to jump onto whatever seems to be popular at the time. How desperate can one get? Let's all get behind our government and Mr Blair. I admire his strength. We should be proud to be part of it all and our election system being one of the best in the world.

All of you out there go and find out all the Labour government have achieved in such a short time. Give them another five years and we need never look back again.

I realise the Tories are desperate. They will do anything to discredit Labour. Don't listen how many were in the fuel crises leading the way. Don't listen -- it scares me.

Last, but not least, let's all be positive and focus on all the wonderful things being done by our government now and in the future. Mr Blair is a man of vision. Forget 'negative', that's what the Tories are always focusing on, what hasn't been done. Of course, they had all the time in the world didn't they and did nothing.

So, let's go forward into the future and make sure, on voting day, we vote our government in again.
