A BOLTON company is inviting customers to say "halo" to their own homegrown rivals to Hollywood's Charlie's Angels!
Forget Cameron Diaz, Lucy Lui and Drew Barrymore, this Bolton version of the trio is designed to leave the public in a froth!
That is because they are the creation of Acdo, the Bolton soap giant.
The characters patrol the company's recently rebuilt Internet site which rather than simply advertises its wares, hosts, rather appropriately, a soap opera.
In it the Acdo @ngels involve themselves in the everyday fight against grime and dirt.
And the fiesty trio features the busty blonde Glo' White, oriental babe Spring Dawn and ravishing brunette Glo' Bright.
Consumers can enjoy new episodes of the world's first Internet soap opera every month.
A spokesman said: "This is not just a website to give a straight advert to our products, but it also entertains.
"People can log on to a little bit of fun. Glo' White for example is not just the busty blonde on screen, but the well known brand name for helping to whiten clothes.
"Our timing of course couldn't be better, and we now wait and see how our characters measure up to the Hollywood Charlie's Angels.
"Of course while the Hollywood stars of the film begin to lose their looks, Acdo's @ngels will continue to stay fresh . . ."
