EVERY night in the Bolton Evening News we read complaints about car parking, litter, shops closing down etc, etc, in the centre of Bolton.
This correspondence must be just the tip of the iceberg, and in fact hundreds if not thousands of proud Boltonians share a real concern for their town centre.
The future is indeed bleak if nothing is done about changing the policy on car parking, litter, and coping with a booming night time economy.
I'm sure the council is concerned, but they don't respond. Why can't we have a counter argument from the leader of the council, the chief executive, the person in charge of car parking, and the new policing policies.
Tell us what actions you are proposing to overcome these problems and put everyone's mind at rest.
