SONGPLAYER plc, a Manchester company which has Bolton-born John Doyle as its chief executive, has signed two revenue sharing agreements.
The company provides popular music tuition for guitar and keyboard players on the Internet.
Oasis Merchandising has agreed to distribute the Songplayer music tuition software on "Familiar to Millions," the DVD version of the Oasis Wembley show.
Also, Songplayer is to be promoted on music-orientated websites run by Future Publishing Ltd and in three of the company's magazines -- Total Guitar, Future Music and Computer Music.
Songplayer chairman Peter Wilkinson said: "These deals will improve the brand awareness of Songplayer and revenues should benefit from this targeted approach to significant user groups.
"The endorsement from such a famous group as Oasis is also significant."
Mr Doyle, brought up in Westhoughton and former Thornleigh Salesian College student, established Songplayer in August, 1998, with Daniel Harrison from Salford.
