A SLOW start from Bolton led to them conceding two goals in the first five minutes.
Bolton then composed themselves with the ever youthful Chris Hoddle and youngster Andrew Jones both coming close before half time.
In the second half, another slow start from Bolton led to Chester scoring again, before Bolton hit back. From a short corner, a penalty stroke resulted, from which Carel van Bentum converted easily.
Through weak defending Bolton conceded two further goals, before Damien Pearse took the ball around the keeper, laying the ball on for Hoddle to finish off.
