COMEDIAN Peter Kay is aiming to smash the world record for making the largest stick of rock.
The TV comic will be in Blackpool to make a stick which is 10ft long and weighs 440 kg.
If successful, it will be 10 per cent bigger than the current record holder, which weighed 413.6kg.
Peter was due to help staff at the Coronation Rock Company try and break the world record.
He was making a blue and yellow creation with white stripes, embossed throughout with Peter's name.
The comedian decided to make the Rola-Cola flavour, a fizzy pop drink he was brought up on.
Peter was at the seaside resort to mark the launch of his video filmed at Blackpool Tower.
