WANDERER Ricardo Gardner scored direct from a corner but Jamaica were held to a 1-1 draw by Honduras in their World Cup CONCACAF qualifying game in Kingston.
Gardner's 56th minute strike caught out Honduras keeper Noel Valladores as it curled between two defenders on the near post. Samuel Caballero equalised on 80 minutes after Honduras had also missed a penalty in the 72nd minute.
The suspension-hit and injury ravaged Reggae Boyz are now fourth in the six-team group. They are level on four points with second-placed Costa Rica and third-placed Mexico and five points adrift of leaders United States.
