I'M sorry that the Guide Dogs for the Blind Centre at Lowndes Street, Bolton, have stopped collecting aluminium foil (article in the BEN on April 19).
But can I assure your readers that local community groups across the UK are becoming increasingly involved with well-organised foil recycling schemes, which are already raising more than £1m each year for good causes.
