HARROGATE District Swimming Club held their annual designated Spa Town Distance Meet at the impressive 25 meter Hydro facility.
Events were in all disciplines of 200, 400, 800 and 1500m and were all Heat Declared Winners (no finals).
Against tough opposition from swimmers representing clubs and squads from Glasgow and Kingston upon Hull the 36 strong contingent from BMSS were not deterred, producing some fine swims throughout the squad.

Seventeen-year-old Andrew Riley won the 16 Year and over 200m Breastroke, was 2nd in the 200m Individual Medley and 3rd in the 200m Butterfly.
Chris Holme also 17, was 3rd in the 16 Year and over 200m Backstroke and Butterfly.
