CLASSIC car enthusiasts dodged the drizzle to hold an inaugural motor show in the town.
Around 40 of the world's finest sports cars pulled into the Sparking Clog pub car park, Radcliffe Road, Bradley Fold. Many of the cars looked like they had just pulled out of a showroom with the majority of the motor fans polishing their vehicles to perfection.
The event, held by the Sparking Clog Classic Sports Car Club, raised money for the Rainbow Trust, the pub's adopted charity.
Most of its 160 members turned out to view the MGs, Ford Capris, Cadilacs, Chevys, Mercedes, Jaguars and motorbikes on display.
Pub manager Martin Wray, who owns a 1987 Jaguar XJ6 with 50,000 miles on the clock and a top speed of 130 miles per hour, said: "It was lovely seeing all of these cars together.
"There were some real beauties out there and you can tell that some people really look after them."
The club has been together for just eight months. It meets at the pub on the first Tuesday of each month.
A total of 15 enthusiasts picked up awards and the day raised £200 for charity.
