DEAF people in Bury and those hard of hearing, should now find it easier than ever to communicate with the council.
A number of Minicom systems have been installed at key locations around the area. Minicoms are a text type telephone which are designed specifically for deaf and hard of hearing to allow them to communicate more easily.
