A BOLTON police officer and a woman special constable have appeared in court accused of theft.
Mark Slater, 39, of King Street, Bradshaw, and Christine Perry, 34, of Arnesby Grove, Tonge Moor, were remanded on unconditional bail after both denied stealing an unspecified amount of money.
They are due back before Oldham magistrates on May 10 for committal to Manchester Crown Court after electing trial by jury.
