The programme -- aimed at the local ethnic minority business community -- was part-funded by the European Regional Development Fund.
New government legislation states that by October, 2001 all businesses which employ five or more staff should provide employee pension savings through payroll deductions.
EMBS is part of Bolton Council's Economic and Physical Development Unit. Further information is on 01204 336152.
