A 'GRAND Day Out' can be enjoyed at Mere Hall on Sunday.
Guests can attend a Victorian wedding, be classmates in a Victorian School, listen to ghost stories, watch a magic lantern show, play some old fashioned games and enjoy a cup of tea in the Victorian tea rooms.
Halliwell History Society together with a host of other local societies will be on hand to talk about the history of your area and share a few tales.
The event is at Mere Hall, Thomasson Park on Sunday May 6th from 11am to 4 pm. Admission is free.
