BOLTON'S Paula Eddleston has a special request . . . she needs men!

She is ideally searching for 250 of them to be exact.

And the director of a recruitment agency is firmly focused on reaching her target.

In fact, Paula from Westhoughton, is so keen to attract the attention of the opposite sex, that she decided to turn to the camera to "lens" a helping hand.

And in the hope of turning heads she posed in glamorous fashion for eye-catching pictures.

The photographs are part of her business strategy designed to solve her current dilemma.

Paula runs the division of Intro Recruitment which provides staff for major players in the warehousing and distribution industry.

She explained: "I've got 250 jobs to fill -- proper jobs with blue-chip companies -- and try as I might, I just cannot find enough people to fill them."

She cannot find the men she needs even though she has advertised, distributed leaflets and had people laying in wait at local job centres.

She added: "If people would only get in touch with me, I've got the jobs waiting. And if getting dressed-up like this is what it takes, then so be it."
