IN reply to the letter from B Howarth "Still willing to take it on the chin" (Your Views: BEN July 6).
Well Mr Howarth, you seem to have the ability to judge what everyone votes (what a man).
But I'm afraid you've got it wrong with Bill Collison. I, and many more people, have no confidence in Labour or the Tories. Neither party have positive attitudes or confidence in themselves. I point out mere beneficial facts and, yes, I have been down several mines. My father used to be a coal miner when mining was hard and money was good. But every man had his choice, only the money made them go down.
I myself have worked in harder places than coal mining. But that's my business.
