THE conclusions of an independent inquiry into the death of a five-year-old girl in a dentist's surgery were due to be published today.
Dentist Michael Lane, aged 42, of Lostock Junction Lane, Lostock, was cleared of the manslaughter of Karla Selley by a jury at Preston Crown Court in January.
Karla died in hospital after having a general anaesthetic at the Towngate Dental Surgery in Leyland.
The inquiry was commissioned by the South Lancashire Health Authority in Eccleston.
