A LOCAL charity has received a huge boost to its funds thanks to the efforts of Steve Campbell and staff at a Bolton car dealership.
Lythgoe Citroen sponsored a charity event for Bolton Autism Action Group (BAAG) which raised a £1,600.
Steve and the team promoted a cabaret night featuring local entertainers Tony Duvall, JFK and Samantha Laurell, who gave their services free.
BAAG is a self-help organisation established three years ago by two Bolton mothers concerned about inadequate provision in the town for families affected by autism and Asperger's Syndrome. For more information call Janis Caffrey at BAAG on 01204-654228.
